First I am a happily married mother with two now adult children.  In the early stages of my career, after graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Bachelors in Nursing, I spent the next 15 years as a nurse practicing in critical care and emergency care areas. I earned a Masters in Nursing as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2008 and worked in the ER as a midlevel provider until December of 2013. During this time I suffered some health challenges of my own and discovered natural health and healing supplements and modalities that opened my eyes to a world I knew nothing about. I pursued my own healing and, in the process, knew that there was no going back.

Desiring to develop lasting relationships with patients, treat the true root causes of illness, and help patients take a proactive approach to their health and healing, I opened Integrative Healthcare Solutions in January of 2014. During that time I obtained multiple certifications in Ozone and Prolozone through Dr. Frank Shallenberger and Dr. Howard Robbins. In addition, I received training in various Intravenous Nutrient IV therapies. The combination of these proved to be very successful and rewarding.  

In 2018 I merged my practice with Dr. Justin Snider to form ProHealth Center. I was blessed to practice there for 5 years before retiring in September of 2023.  

I continue to pursue coaching those suffering with physical illness to address the root cause(s) of their illness through healing the spirit, soul, and body. So I am super excited to be a part of the Renew Hyperbarics team...understanding that the fortified terrain is, and will always be, our greatest defense.
